Hi all! Wouldn't it be nice to have a system level object for your deliverables? And then allow your deliverables to be officially "attached" to other objects like templates or companies? If you agree, upvote here! Link: https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0874X000000oOzLQAU/detail
Our team creates print and digital assets for a high volume of SKUs. One project could contain creative work for 100 SKUs or more. Currently, we have a parent task for each SKU with about 5-6 subtasks for the assets/action items/due dates associated with each SKU. This results in projects with hundr...
Is there a way to connect templates with predecessors? We do a lot of our projects in EN and FR so when creating the FR project we spend time repeatedly connecting the EN & FR projects. It would help us be more efficient if they were connected already.
Currently we are taking screenshots of our social media posts and sending them through proofing. However users also need to check the live post to make sure it's correct. In order to view the live Facebook/Instagram post it's requiring the individual user to log in to their personal accounts. We don...
When you attach multiple templates to a project allow users to change the template listed under project association in project overview. Currently, it defaults to the first template attached to a project and this can be confusing when creating a report based on the project template.
Is it possible to create a link that gets included in a task name or description that will take the user directly to a section on a custom form attached to a project. The link would also be added to a project template. Thanks.

(TLDR: "You had me at Template Maintenance"? Register NOW.) "Our new Template is ALMOST ready, but I'm worried: what if we create 100 Projects and then realize something was missing or wrong? We'd then have to go FIX ALL of those Projects by hand!" Have you (as I used to) suffered from Template Anal...

For now, I will be creating (1) template per tactic so it can be used repeatedly without adding any new templates.I also have to figure out how the best way to add assignments since there are different level of roles working on pro...
I asked this about a year ago but I'm still not clear, and also maybe something new has happened so I ask again. I need to bulk add new request queue structure to about 40 project templates. Any way to do that easily?
I would very much like to be able to make the Company field a required field. Also the ability to make Client Portfolio, Group, or Program/Campaign required. Basically, any of the fields within the Overview > Project association section.
Add ability for tasks in projects and templates to be based on calendar months that begin on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month, without taking holidays, company calendars or time into account. This would be especially helpful in the creation of templates that need to align ...
