Cookies
Demdex - 3rd party cookie that stores UUID
AMCV - MCID cookie used to ID a unique visitor. Stored on parent domain.
s_vi - Legacy cookie used to ID a unique visitor prior to MCID. Stored on tracking server domain.
IDs
UUID - Audience Manager ID used to generate MID
MID - Unique ID returned by MCID service
AID - Value of legacy s_vi cookie when stored in AMCV cookie
