First and foremost, as the Chief Customer Officer at Workfront, I want to take a moment to thank you for all for being great customers. Thank you for letting us into your businesses and, for many of you, into your lives. I always appreciate your willingness to really partner with us and to share your feedback - both the good and the not-so-good - in very candid, constructive ways. Your willingness to evolve with us helps us become a better company, and for that we are grateful.

The last few months have been difficult for everyone - both professionally and personally. Having young children and a work-from-home spouse myself, I can empathize with the challenges you are facing. I also know that many of you are in industries that are suffering - you are dealing with furloughs, layoffs and increased workloads. One of our great customers who processes unemployment claims is working 24/7 with everyone up to the CEO on the ‘front-line’.

We realize this new environment can leave you with limited time to manage and engage with Workfront. Right now you just need tools that can help you prioritize your work, maintain productivity and help all of your employees adjust to this new way of working.

As such, we are introducing a monthly newsletter to bring everything you need to know into one place. We are hoping that by limiting the number of individual communications we send to you, that we can free up your inbox and give you a comprehensive communication you can easily scan and keep handy for future reference.

If you are a System Admin, you can expect to receive this newsletter once a month and we will always include sections around product, customer experience and upcoming events. We will also bring in other topics relevant to the time. (And if you aren't System Admin, but would like to receive the newsletter, that's great! Send a note to newsletter@workfront.com and we'll make sure you're added.)

This month you will see in the newsletter a focus on Leap. At the end of this month, on 24 June, we will host our first virtual Leap. I look forward to Leap all year - to connect with so many of you, hear your stories and share some fun. I know those of you who have been to Leap look forward to it for the same reasons and you have made friends you will miss seeing in person this year. We are all bummed that we won’t be together in person, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still learn and have fun virtually.

Our team has been hard at work putting together what will be an amazing virtual event. We will have 75+ breakout sessions, a keynote where you will hear about great new products coming soon and I will get to tell you about the feedback you have given us and what we are doing to continue to build on the experience you have with Workfront. We are designing a virtual Experience Zone and other ways for you to interact with each other during the event. I hope to see all of you there. As a reminder, you can register for free at Workfront.com/leap.

As I sign off here, know that while we strive to anticipate what you need and want from Workfront, we won’t think of everything. Please feel free to email me directly at suefellows@workfront.com with any ideas of how we can make our new newsletter or your Workfront experience better.

"See" you in a few weeks at Leap!!
