Community Upgrade Preview - Streamlined Ways to Engage and a Redesigned Homepage

We hope you're as excited as we are about the community updates launching in late-January 2026! This reimagined experience will be easier to navigate, with clearer pathways to ask questions, share ideas, submit feature requests, and connect with peers. We're launching this preview series to highlight the exciting new features waiting for you, so you can hit the ground running on day one. In this first edition, we're showcasing some pivotal improvements to how members will interact and a redesigned community home page.

Introducing Streamlined Community Interactions

We're simplifying how you interact with the new community experience. Moving forward, each product community will offer four distinct content types, helping you quickly find the right space to contribute and connect:

  • Questions: Get help and support from peers when you need it.
  • Ideas: Propose new features and vote on suggestions that matter to you.
  • Releases (NEW!): Access the latest product updates and announcements.
  • Conversations (NEW!): Exchange tips, share successes, and discuss best practices with other members.

We're retiring Discussions and Blogs and bringing them together under the new Conversations umbrella. Product announcements now live in their own Releases category. In the past, these updates were buried within Discussions or Blogs, making them hard to track down. Now, they're front and center, helping you stay informed and complementing the Release Notes you'll find in Experience League Learn.

Experience League Perspectives continues as the curated space for in-depth, evergreen tutorials created by both customers and Adobe experts. To help you differentiate between the two - think of Community as the space for organic peer-to-peer conversations, whereas Perspectives is where you'll discover expertly crafted real-world use cases, best practices, and product tips & tricks. These updates create clearer boundaries, reduce overlapping spaces, and make sure every post lands where it belongs.

New Community Home Page

The community home page is where everyone begins their journey - it's the beating heart of our community. We've redesigned it to be more welcoming, vibrant, and dynamic. Here's what's new:

Search, Post Button, and Community Stats Bar: Search remains our top priority - we want you to find answers fast. The search bar is now front and center, and there's a new keyboard shortcut (Command/Ctrl + K) to start searching instantly. To help you engage with the community more efficiently, we're adding a “Create new post" button directly to the homepage. Whether you have a question to ask, a conversation to start, or an idea to share, you can now do so with immediate access from our main page. Lastly, we've brought over the community live statistics bar, which displays holistic community stats in real-time and now shows recently online members - giving you a pulse on community activity.

What's New: In this section, you’ll discover featured announcements, product updates, and upcoming events at a glance, ensuring you never miss important developments. We’ll also use this space to highlight trending community conversations when relevant.

Meet the Community: This section spotlights Adobe advocates - Community Advisors, Champions, and User Group Leaders - who've made outstanding contributions. You’ll likely see their username appear deep in a solved community thread, as an author of a trending idea, or leading an upcoming user group or AMA event. If they've helped or inspired you in the past, send them a message and say thanks!

Advocates, if you'd like to be featured here, let us know - we're updating this section regularly to recognize as many of you as possible.

Community Programs: Discover our newest community areas designed to help you learn, network with industry professionals, and attend insightful virtual and in-person events.

The new community home page and content types bring together everything you need - clearer ways to engage with your peers and Adobe employees, accessible search, quick navigation to your solution areas, and recognition of our incredible advocates. Whether you're here to troubleshoot, learn, or connect, you'll find a clear path forward from the moment you arrive. Stay tuned for our next edition, where we'll dive deeper into Community Programs and other exciting features that will help you get the most out of your community experience!

So when I use the experience league - is it my community profile or my learning profile?

Hi @JohnSimmons thanks for your question. Assuming you're using the same email address, it will be both. If you hover over your avatar on the top right of the page, you'll see options to visit your Learning Profile or Community profile. Let me know if you have any further questions.
