Target activity is getting delivered even after its deactivated

Hi Community,

We were running activity on PDP and a week ago we have paused it. However, we are still seeing activity getting triggered on the page and making UI changes. What could be the possible reason for this?

Yep we are seeing the activity in response token. However after some days it stopped reflecting automatically. Could be sync issue?

@Gaureshk_Kodag could you please check "Environment" settings. Please ensure that the environment used for the activity only has "Active Activities" as the Activity Mode :

it is active activities but somehow it has been resolved now.
