Where's the Help menu link to "Documentation"? That's a basic requirement in the Help menu.

Yes, it's missing. Submit this as an idea.

The only Help link currently displayed is the one in the left bottom corner.

Hi @analytics_union and @Andrey_Osadchuk, thank you for pointing this out. I've shared a couple of options for how you can access Documentation below:

You can access Product Documentation by clicking on "Adobe Experience Cloud Learn & Support" which is listed above "Learning" and "Community" in Experience Cloud when you are not yet in a specific solution:

From there, click on "Experience League" (the center option):

Now you are in Experience League - select "Learn" at the top, and then click on "Documentation" in the drop-down menu:

(*You can access the same Experience League dropdown menu above that links to Documentation if you were to have initially selected "Learning" instead of "Adobe Experience Cloud Learn & Support" because that button links directly to Experience League)

I hope this is helpful!

Warmly,

Amelia

@Amelia_Waliany , both Analytics' and Experience Platform Launch's "?" Help menu have direct links to their respective documentation homepages.

And there's also no reason for documentation to be "hidden" from Help, given that Target requires a lot of help and learning to be used properly.

Hi @analytics_union, Thank you for this feedback! Your question indicated that you wanted to know, “Where's the Help menu link to documentation?” an answer to which was provided in the response. If you'd like a ticket to be submitted, you can always post an Idea here in the Community per Andrey's initial suggestion, or you can politely inquire if it is possible. For more context, the Help menu links are different across solutions, customizable based on their solution-specific resources. To your valid point, it could be more clear to include Docs in the menu, and this has been raised internally to the team. I highly encourage you to post your feedback as an Idea here in the Community so that you can generate votes from other Community members, to ensure that this request be prioritized. Thank you again for your feedback! We’re all about being constructive and respectful here in the Community

Hello,

During April we've had a small glitch in the system and some of the links were not displayed. The issue has been corrected since and you should now be able to see the help link.
