I can't find a direct link that speaks to localization specifically however here is a more in depth resource for mobile app development for Adobe Target really hope this helps: Target API reference (new) - Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs

If this satisfies your query please like, mark as helpful and mark as answer. Otherwise lets keep the conversation going. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for reply. We are trying to get a personalised welcome message for the user based on the device locale like for USA the message would be "Welcome to USA".We have followed all the steps in document but we are still not able to get the message. We cannot see the mbox in target web interface .Please could you check with an Target Mobile SME on how to create a mBox.
