Experience not showing to all visitors

Hi Adobe Community, 

I'm having an issue with a target experience, we have a product recommendation in the site home page using the "Most viewed products across the site" criteria and applied to all visitors as you'll see in the ss:

 

But currently the experience is not being showed to all visitors as it should be, for example not everyone in our team is able to see the experience, for those people we checked the console network and the target request is succesful but the recommendations are not being displayed, 

 

Have anyone experienced this issue?

    You might want to try generating a debug token Target -> Administration -> Implementation -> Debugger Tools. Take that token back to your site and append as query string param and then look at the network response again. Should see a trace option and it may have some additional information as to why you aren't see recommendations.
