I am trying to retrieve recommendation for model "# Algorithm: Most Viewed Products from Across the Site" through download API.
However, the response comes through as empty file (Only headers and environment lines included - example below), Is this expected?
# Key,Recommendation_1,Recommendation_2,Recommendation_3,Recommendation_4,Recommendation_5,.....
# Algorithm: Most Viewed Products from Across the Site
# environment: xxxx (Production)
# environment: xxxx (Staging)

Note: Other models as "# Algorithm: Cross-Sell" are working fine.
