Hi everyone,

We have our product recommendations setup via productentities MBOX to capture product details. There is a collection of few pages which are more help/ landing page which we want to serve in recently viewed recommendation.
Adding a MBOX for every page is not optimal so we want to upload it to feed via CSV upload. But i got random values when i tried to do so.
Attaching the screenshot for the values.
In MBOX calls we pass categoryId ascategory1, category1:subcategory. How can we pass similar values in CSV ? Please help.

@Vikaz Is the issue that when you try to pass in the csv under "entity.categoryId" a value like " parentCategory > childCategory " you are getting an error?

If so can you share the error details?
