Target Recommendations Feed Error Description

Description - It would be helpful to have more information that can be provided when a feed fails. We are seeing a File Parsing Failed error.  Did it happen on specific line? row? format issue? Any additional information would have saved our team a lot of time when trying to trouble shoot the error.  

Why is this feature important to you -  it will save on the time it takes our technical resources in trouble shooting error that are presented
