Improved Adobe Target reporting for admins

I'd like to propose that Adobe Target have similar reporting capabilities as Adobe Analytics has when it comes to administrative reports. The reason for this is really so we can audit and maintain records of the Target implementation and usage.

  • License usage logs
  • Enriching the Target admin API requests
    • Adding the Target activity used when querying a Target audience
    • Adding the location (url) of the Target activity when querying the Target activity

    Hi @jonathanl557422 can you explain more about what you mean by "license usage logs"? Do you mean the general Target license?

    Hi @amelia_waliany , yes, I'm referring to the license usage logs for Target (to determine cost and renewal volumes) as well as the general usage logs one can get for Adobe Analytics. With the general usage logs, I'm looking to develop a dashboard similar to this one mentioned (https://spark.adobe.com/page/hnYfQPThMu2dr/) on how users within my organization are using Target.

     

    Some of the types of questions I'd like to answer:

    • How many users are accessing Target each month and which business group are they from?
    • Are our users logging in more since our training session?
    • How many activities are being created each month and what's the breakdown of them by type?
    • What are the results for activities by region (our organization operates across different countries)?
    • How are users using segments (creating their own vs using prebuilt ones)?

    Agree, Jonathan. I also would like to see some self-service reporting features for Target.
