Enhance Data Insertion API for SDID

Enhance the Data Insertion API that it supports the use of Supplemental Data ID (SDID)

We are promoting our server-side interfaces diligently. But if the tracking with AA is taking place on the server side and the Data Insertion API for Target does not support SDID our customers are not able to use A4T.
