Easily copy Goals & Settings from other activity

I often have similar goals and settings sometimes very time consuming to re-create. It woudl be such a wonderful feature if I could simply specify to copy  goals and settings from any previous activity.

Meaning across activity types. AB into an XT or vice-versa.
