Clarify Target Activity Duration Date and Time

Description -
Activity Duration currently displays as: "Duration: Mon, 21 Jun 21 12:01 AM until deactivated."
Why is this feature important to you -
Avoid possible confusion.
How would you like the feature to work -
Two minor enhancements would clarify the date and time: 1) Display the full, four-digit year; 2) provide the time zone.
This would be clearer: "Duration: Mon, 21 Jun 2021 12:01 AM ET until deactivated."
Current Behaviour - "Duration: Mon, 21 Jun 21 12:01 AM until deactivated."
