Alert for drop in number of items in Recommendation feed

Description - Having identified that the Feed Setup screen is inaccurate in statting the time to run an FTP is GMT we have realised that our file has only been loading half records.

Why is this feature important to you - This is the second time we have had issues with the feed failing first time as it had stopped running and this time since the clocks change in October we have not been loading our full recommendation feed.

How would you like the feature to work - Either via a bespoke interface or via back end processing send an email to the core account team when a) the daily load does not run or b) then the number of items in the feed falls or rises above 10% of the previous days number

Current Behaviour - No current alerts for issues with feeds.
