Trouble with display website in certain browsers

Hi, 

Nearly we met a unusual issue with display our site in certain browser, Safari mostly. When we created an experiences with some scripts attached then website doesn't show properly on the first try on Safari. Please take a look on our code attached. We are not sure if the code below concerned with the display issue or not. If have please let us know how to fix it. Much appreciate.

Is this specific to Adobe Target Experiences not displaying on Safari or your website not working on Safari?
