Launch Adobe Target

Iam trying to launch Adobe Target from the admin console . Have added my user too but when I select the launch button of Adobe Targetr I get the following error message.

Internal Server Error

Cannot serve request to /content/mac/mediawidelabsexchange/target/activities.html on this server

Do I have to download and install it from somewhere (If so from where) or Can I directly access this from cloud.
