Is there any way to intergrate custom Login with Adobe Target and Adobe Audiance Manager

We want to integrate custom login (with SSO) to login into Adobe Target and Adobe Audiance Manager. Can we override the default Adobe target and Adobe Audiance Manager Login with Custom one.
