What is the price for Adobe Social and how to connect?

I create an Adobe ID and I try to connect Adobe Social but not working.... Appear this message:

I attached link "Get Access" and I try to connect with my account but not working where can I create an account for Adobe Social?  Thanks!

I think pricing depends on many factors, for example how many accoutns you want to manage and many others.
