Hi.

I know how to pull Custom Reports for Campaigns, but I don't see "Reach" and "Engagement" as available metrics at the Campaign level. Is there a way to pull these two metrics for a Campaign?

Many thanks,

Amy

Hi Amy,

You may please refer to this article https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/social/t_an_posts.html on Post Analytics to view the post statistics/metrics across all Facebook pages, Google+ pages, and Twitter accounts in your Adobe Social account. You could also drill down to view statistics/metrics for the individual Facebook posts, Google+ posts, and tweets (including Reach,Clicks,Interactions and Engagement etc).

Please let us know if you found this article useful.  Would be glad to help you always.

Thanks,

Avik

Hi.

This documentation was very helpful. I can see our Campaigns under the Tag filter in Post Analytics. Downloading the information for each post associated with a Campaign allows us to aggregate the information for Reach and Engagement.

Best,

Amy
