I'm trying to troubleshoot Social post information coming through into our SAINT/Classification Importer table that is not getting classified by the SiteCatalyst Classification Rule Builder. I have the Social Asset IDs, but I can't find the original post in Social or any information for the Social Asset ID in SiteCatalyst.

What is the quickest way to find the post by Social Asset ID in Social? I've gone into Custom Reports-->Campaigns-->Social Asset ID, but it's not finding anything (I'm choosing the date range for the entire time we've been using Social) and tried a variety of metrics.

Thanks,

Amy

Hi Amy,

To add to the article link sent, here is another article that talks about accessing individual reports surrounding campaigns, authors, platforms, and terms in Adobe Social.

https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/social/t_an_custom_reports.html

Please let us know if you find both the articles useful. If not, please help us with a more detailed explanation and we would be glad to be of assistance to you.

Hi Amy,

Did repopulating the data solve your issue?

Please let me know if the issue still persists.

Kind Regards

Rahul

Thanks for the links. I was actually already looking for a specific social asset ID they way that these articles describe.

The issue is that I had a social asset ID linked to a "key" value appear in our SAINT table. I'm trying to find the associated social post for this social asset ID, but I can't find it in Adobe Social when looking at the Custom Reports with the social asset ID field chosen. We have had missing data which we are working with Adobe on getting repopulated, so maybe this is the issue.
