Below listed are the steps to fix the issue that you are facing right now contained in the attached troubleshooting word document.
If you still face the same error, please let us know of the same, also help us with information about any other user(s) in your company who is/are able to use this feature well that you have issues with. In that case, please provide us your company name and other credentials (by sending us a DM) and we would look into troubleshooting this issue for you. Please note that we do not have support for Android OS for now.
