As long as you have not previously installed/activated Acrobat on another computer, you will have no issues simply installing and activating it on the new computer (i.e. just ignore the computer with the broken hard drive).

You are allowed two activations with a retail license, thus if this would now be your second installation then it will go through with no issues.

If you do encounter issues while activating on the new computer, just go here and connect with our Customer Care team via chat and they will help you through any errors or other issues you might face: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=ZNA_downloading-installing-setting-up_licensing-activation...

(Note that you may see an option to get help via phone; however, for this sort of issue, I highly recommend using chat.)

Kind regards,

- Carey

Ok thanks, but the problem is that the computer's disk is broken and the site of the support I have already seen and not very useful.
