How do I add Adobe Social to my Adobe Cloud package and start using it?

For real though.

It is the most hair pulling experience. A million ways that adobe is selling Adobe Social to me.

But no easy way to buy it and start using it from my account.

Am i being stupid?

please help, I am losing my cool.
