Help me gain access

Hello Dear forum.

I have tried for a week to gain access to the Adobe Social IOS App. When i attempt to log in, i'm told my Adobe iD as it stands needs to be reconfigured to a social adobe id.

ive read the adobe website to the best of my ability. And there is a quick start guide for this, its called Signing In to Social 

it tells me in order to configure my account, i need to log in to marketing.adobe.com with my Adobe ID.


However when i attempt to do so, from any web browser, and any computer i have access to, i get the following message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /libs/granite/core/content/login.html on this server

I consider myself fairly adept at working around issues like this. But im not able to access this part of Adobe under any circumstance.

so i tried the chat a couple of times explaining simply that "im not able to configure it from my end, can someone please help me" and they gave me a number to call for Adobe customer service in the UK. I called them today, and its the most useless 45 minutes ive had with any customer support anywhere. Most of it spent waiting, but i was transferred between 4-5 different people and departments, i was telling them all the same story, and not asking them to hack a government building, but simply to help me reconfigure my account so i can access this application on my phone. Apparently these two tasks have the same level of difficulty because they were not able to help me. And instead sent me the same links i've already tried using aswell as the same phone number i had called, even sent me my own phone number explaining "call this and they will aid you"

Im stuck in a frustrating circle where i feel the thing i need fixed shouldn't be that big of a deal. Yet the people that supposedly have the resources to fix this, the people im asked to call and that im told can help me, are not sure wether to wind their ass or scratch their watch when i ask them this question it seems.

Does anyone have an idea what i can do to fix the issue? Am i doing something wrong? Is there something im not doing? i cannot possibly be the first person to expirience this much difficulty gaining access to this app?
