I have been having trouble with AdobeSocial from Day 1. Filling out bug reports, waiting for resolutions that aren't coming.I renewed my contract in good faith that all these problems would get worked out. They're NOT!! My sales rep is basically implying that I'm a MORON who doesn't know how to use the software and therefore wants me to spend $40K on "consulting".
I need help please, please, please... I need to report metrics to the VP next week and right now the only metric I can give him is that I made A HUGE MISTAKE in buying Adobe Social.
