Hi Russ, I just checked with one of our Product Managers and he said that currently it would be theoretically possible to pull that data into Adobe Social through engineering services in a custom engagement. However, this would be outside the normal scope of Adobe Social and would be subject to additional costs.
Adobe Social is currently working on a project with Adobe Analytics where the process of adding CRM data to our platform will be more standardized and require little to no engineering involvement. At this point it would, in fact, be a part of the platform and incur little to no additional cost. Timing on this is estimated to be ~Q4 2014.
