I am new to Adobe Social and have the following General Queries:
SPP does not have Adobe Social videos.
1. Is Adobe Social is available only on Cloud or it is available On Premise also?
2. What is involved in its installation?
Since it is only On Cloud, there is no installation and partners get just login info?
3. From the documentation that I read, Adobe Social needs to integrate with only Adobe Analytics out of AMC products.
Not able to visualize any business case for integrating with other AMC products. Is it true?
4. For Adobe Social implementation perspective, what activities need to be considered by Partners?
a. Installation - None; b. Creation of Listening Rule Builder rules - Client Marketing Team activity.
c. Integration Configuration (Mainly Analytics) - Adobe or Partner's responsibility.
5. I see the following Adobe Social activities: Out of these, which ones are the responsibility of client Marketing team and which ones are that of partner?
