If you're a customer of Context Optional, or you use Adobe ID (our single sign on system) and you need to reset your password, please follow the steps below.
In addition to Paul's quick tip on log in to Social for Context Optional user, you can log also login depending on your Social configuration using the following methods:
After you successfully log in to Marketing Cloud for the first time, the Link Your Accounts page displays. Use this page to link your Social account to your Adobe ID.
Please note that Adobe Social Support CANNOT reset passwords under any circumstances. If you've tried all of the above and are still having issues please contact your internal Analytics admin or your Account Manager and they can reset it for you.
