We experienced a service disruption on Monday, March 31, 2014 between 8:30 am through 10:47 am PDT. Adobe Social was not accessible in this timeframe and one or more of your scheduled posts may not have publish as expected during the outage.
What to Do We recommend that you follow these instructions to check Adobe Social for any failed posts and reschedule them if appropriate.
Reason for Service Disruption The service disruption was caused by an issue with DNS servers that control network communications throughout our Oakland data center. We attempted to re-publish the failed posts, but were unable to. Data collection was delayed during the disruption, but was processed once the network came back up. All services should now be functioning as expected.
We very much apologize for this inconvenience. A complete analysis is underway to understand the root cause and a solution will be implemented immediately to prevent this from happening again.
