One of the most popular attractions at Adobe Summit is the assortment of hands-on labs that are offered.  In this day-long Implementation Workshop, we will go through four of the most popular labs from Adobe Summit 2019.  We will be working with Adobe Campaign in the morning sessions and Adobe Experience Manager in the afternoon sessions.

Adobe Campaign Labs

  • 8:30 AM – 8:50 AM – Breakfast
  • 8:50 AM – 9:00 AM – Welcome and Setup
  • 9:00 AM – 10:40 AM - Getting the most out of Adobe Campaign Standard: Deepen your knowledge and understanding of three core areas of Adobe Campaign Standard: advanced workflows, dynamic content, and dynamic reporting. While exploring a general use case, learn what the experts know about building better and more advanced workflows, including tips to reduce common challenges.
  • 10:50 AM – 12:30 PM – Improve your Adobe Campaign Classic performance: Measure and monitor the load on the instance generated by the workflow engine and plan accordingly. Learn how to prevent platform performance issues by reducing the number of concurrent and long-duration workflows. Discover additional processes and how to use integrations.

Adobe Experience Manager Labs

  • 1:20 PM – 1:30 PM – Welcome and Setup
  • 1:30 PM – 3:10 PM – Modernizing your existing AEM Sites codebase: Learn about the process of migrating legacy static template Experience Manager Sites pages to modern editable template-based pages that leverage the responsive grid, policies, and TouchUI. Explore how to update code and configurations to be compatible with modern Experience Manager Sites and how to adjust existing content to work with the updated code.
  • 3:20 PM – 5:00 PM – Building for the modern web with the AEM SPA Editor: As brands move to single-page applications (SPA), too often the digital marketer has minimal control over content and layout decisions. With the SPA Editor framework in Adobe Experience Manager, digital marketers are no longer left out. Front-end developers can build highly performant and rich experiences while enabling content authors to make in-context editorial updates. Gain hands-on experience developing with the SPA Editor framework with Adobe architects and product experts.
