We provide over 1,000 free courses, all at no cost, and we have just made it easier to take advantage of these resources: New training pages, learner journeys built into the Portal’s UI, and on-demand training videos hosted directly within the Portal are among key new enhancements.

This new experience makes it easier to find and more convenient to take relevant sales or technical training.

Keep in mind that all training is still organized by application (i.e. Analytics, Experience Manager, Target, etc.) and role (Architect, Business Practitioner, Sales, Developer, etc.). Sign in to see the new training just released for Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Platform

Learner Journeys are now built into the portal user experience

The Learner Journey tells you which courses you need to take and in what order to achieve an accreditation or certification. Additionally, we have built access to these courses into the Learner Journey page itself. This means you don’t have to leave the Portal to take an on-demand training.

How to find a Learner Journey

To find a specific Learner Journey, visit the Learner Journey page on the Portal, select the application and then select your role.

New card view for all on-demand training

If you are looking for all on-demand training, we have created a new card view of all applicable on-demand training (by application and role). To find each card, start at the Training page on the Portal (also can be accessed as the first option on the pulldown menu under “Learn” at the top of the Portal.).

How to find the card view for any given Adobe application

From the Training page, you again select the application and then your role.

For example, if you were to select “Adobe Experience Manager” as the application and then select “Architect” as the role, you would see this “card” view of all Adobe Experience Manager on-demand training:

Now take on-demand courses right from the Portal

Once you select an on-demand training, a player embedded in the web page will begin playing the training. This allows you to complete the training and learning program without having to leave the portal or log in to a different learning environment. In other words, we bring the learning environment to you.

How to play a training

Continuing with the example above of Experience Manager training for an Architect, let’s presume you have selected the “Technical Introduction to AEM as a Cloud Service” learning program. You will then see the available training modules within the course. Any previously completed modules are tracked and saved to your account, so you will always know how much progress you’ve made.

Here, you will select the first training module, titled “AEM: What is AEM as a Cloud Service.”  Upon selecting this module, you will see the video begin playing beneath the list of training modules.
