XMLForm.exe - Unable to locate the component

I am getting the following error while running FormsIVS. Livecycle ES 8.2 is deployment on windows 2003 Sp2 (Oracle 10g and Weblogic 9.2). It is giving the following error message.

This application has failed to start because omniDynamic411_vc8_rt.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Make sure that the WebLogic appserver instance that hosts LiveCycle has a particular property set.  The property is called adobeidp.RootDirectory.

For example (Solaris):

JAVA_OPTIONS="-Dadobeidp.RootDirectory="/opt/bea_home/user_projects/domains/livecycle" ${JAVA_OPTIONS}"

should be in the startManagedWebLogic.sh script, if that is what you are using to start the the WebLogic appserver instance that hosts LiveCycle.

Hi,

I have set this flag in the server startup argument as "-Dadobeidp.Root.Directory=c:\bea\user_projects\domains\epermit_domain\"

After starting the weblogic application server one folder created under this root directory named as "null" then "adobe" then the services of the adobe livecycle. (c:\bea\user_projects\domains\epermit_domain\null\adobe\AdminServer\XMLFormService)

I have tried to double click XMLForm.exe executable file from the above location it gives me same error message as wth Adobe Installation verification sample (FormIVS).
