would it be possible to backup workflow for continue process on a new server ?

Example my workflow is running and not finish  but I need to move workflow to a new server now.

would it be possible  my workflow move to continue left step on a new server by continue from the old process ?

Export the database and import it to the database which is used by new server, that way it might retain step. Also, makes sure to use same GDS.
