window pop-up for capturing signature onclick of a button

HI ,

Our requirement is to write a function for window pop-up on click of a button. The window which is popped up should capture the signature from the end who is using a signature pad.Then we need write a function to store the signature captured locally. so,Is there any function in Adobe 11 for window pop-up?if there, an exmaple to do the above functionality would help us a lot.

Hi ,

Can you please explain your use case in more detail.

If you have a signature field on a form and you click onto it for signing , a windows popup automatically appears asking you to sign the document with your credentials.

Further can you please clarify if you refer to LiveCycle ES4 by mentioning Adobe 11 in the question.

Can you also confirm if you are using Acrobat 11 to achieve this functionality and see yellow bar at the top !
