Why is LiveCycle saving forms in secured form?

A couple weeks ago, I was considering locking the forms I create, but after some testing realized this would cause problems to our current process.  However, now, anytime I save a form in LiveCycle, it saves it in a secured version.  Then I have to open it in Adobe Pro, and remove security.  I have looked around and cannot figure out why it is doing this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks.

1) Validate that the PDF Security properties in LiveCycle Designer ES are not enabled (File > Form Properties > PDF Security).

2) Try "Clear Passwords" and do a "Save As" on the static or dynamic PDF.

Thanks for the advice Steve.  I tried that, but it still saves it in 'SECURED' form and I have to clear security from Adob Pro.  Anything else I can try?
