Hi community,
maybe you can help me :-)
I purchased LCDesigner some month ago. Now I wanna install it to another PC but I don't find the mail with the download instructions. On the website of LCD I only found the test versions.
Does anyone know, where to download the full version?
Thanks to you.
Regards,
Florian

Hi Florian,
You can download your purchased product from Adobe Licensing Website: https%3A%2F%2Flicensi…
You would require to login with your adobe id which you have used at the time of purchase.
Nonetheless, you can contact adobe customer service to get the details of your purchase.
Thanks,
Sachin

Hi Sachin,
thanks a lot for ur answer. But I get the issue, that I am not recognized. When I click on "Log in" there is the message: "Processing log in" and afterwards I get the failure again.
Any idea?

I'm having the same problem. It is getting ridiculous. i paid for a product and can't download it or get any support at all. I am about to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and also make sure I use every form of social media to make people aware of what seems to be a scam at this point by adobe.

Try calling +1 866.335.2256 or send an e-mail to Enterprise Support <entrsupp@adobe.com>. Thanks

That phone number is useless unless I want to listen to hold music for 10 minutes like I just did. I select livecycle from the automated system and then just sit on hold. Clearly I am just going to have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge because you guys have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am giving it til the end of the day Friday before I do so
