I received an Acrobat form and completed most of it a while ago. Yesterday I opened the same file so I could update one of the fields in the form. When I clicked Forms in the menu bar, “Edit Form in Designer” had replaced “Add or Edit Fields.”
So, I clicked Edit Form in Designer. The problem is that none of the fields I previously completed now have data in them. The data is there when I open the form in Acrobat, but not when I click Edit Form in Designer.
How do I get my data to show up in the LifeCyle option? Can I get rid of LifeCycle altogether?
Thanks,
Rod

When you edit in Designer you are being shown the template that was used to collect the data. Data and template are kept separately. You coudl export your data from the form, make your changes to the template then import your data again. There are menu options under Forms/Manage Form Data in Acroabt and Reader.
Hope that helps
