I have Adobe Acrobat Distiller 2017 on a PC, and would like to use it in combination with LiveCycle Designer. I've read that it should be bundled with Acrobat, but I can't see any sign of it. Where can I find LiveCycle Designer?

It's bundled together with the older versions of Acrobat, like version 9, not the DC one.
