Where can I buy LiveCycle Designer ?

There was a link for Adobe Checkout that I could go to and purchase LiveCycle Designer, but now it's not working.  Is this a temporary glitch, or is there some other way I can buy this software?

This was available until very recently, but it looks to have been taken down.

I'll check around to see if there's any way to still buy it, but as it's out of support I would think it's been withdrawn permanently.
