Is there any difference in installing between both OS Windows Or Linux ?
I'm confused here given so many variations and different possibilities eg.
Windows - JBoss / Web Logic / Websphere
Linux - JBoss / Web Logic / Websphere
Does anyone here found any good combination in the production ? please share it here.
It all depends on what the customer's IT infrastructure consists of. IBM shops tend to use WebSphere/AIX with DB2 as the database. Open source shops tend to have JBoss/Linux. Oracle shops tend to have WebLogic/Solaris with Oracle as the database.
It really comes down to a perference or familiarity that the Customer may have. There are certainly performance considerations between different combinations but all combinations will work fine. The one key consideration to keep in mind is if you are using PDF/G to create PDF from office docs then the Windows solution provides better fidelity fo documents (it uses native Windows apps instead of Open Office to do the conversion).
If you are new to this then I woudl suggest the turnkey solution where LiveCycle install will load a JBoss and MySql server for the DB. These are restricted licenses but for a dev machine they are fine.

You can try exploring the partial turnkey option for JBoss. It provides you a Windows service for your JBoss application server and also helps you configure databases other than MySQL through LiveCycle Configuration Manager. It is very similar to a pure JBoss Turnkey installation.

1. Windows Server 2008 R2 with Turnkey only
2. Windows Server 2008 R2 with JBoss ES2 server and SharePoint 2010 Connector ?

Great, as long as the Livecycle PDF can interact with SharePoint then it should be fine and my request fulfilled.
