What does Reset Cache in the AdminUI do?

Hello,

Can any one please explain what does Reset Cache in the AdminUI do? I read the Help but still unclear what will helf if doing so.

Also, what is the recommendation for the setting of "Cache Form on Server" and "Client Cache" for the Render component in Workbench, True or False?

'Cache Form on Server' does exactly what the name implies - it caches the form template in memory so that requests do not cause file or database I/O.
