Weird Error when trying to connect to server.

I'm simply trying to connect. But, sometimes(1 out of 5 trys) I get this below error message.

Did this issue got resolved for you ?

I believe you didn't give credentials ( userName/password/roomUrl) right.

Nope, I'm still seeing this issue but, I kind of know what the issue is.

This only happens when I'm at work and we have proxy settings. Not sure why this would cause this issue.
