Hello;
Has anyone run into and resolved an issue we are having where we have an externally facing form outfitted with a webservice lookup. It works fine except in most cases except that some users in certain organizations find that our webservice does not work. We have confirmed they are using the correct version of Reader.
We believe it may be a firewall issue?
Any thoughts?
Thank you

Are there any errors being generated on the client or the server?

Thank you for responding
No error message is generated on the client or server. Nothing happens when the lookup button on the form is clicked. I will have to check to see if we capture anything in the log files. It is hard to really track since it works for 80% of the people using the system.

If you have a contact at a site experincing the issue.
Have them try accessing the WSDL via a browser - outside of the PDF.
http://<server>:<port>/soap/services/<wsdlname>?wsdl
Do they see the WSDL definition?
If not, it's probably firewall - If so, you may need to send them a special form with a try/catch that will display out the result of the call.

That sounds like a good idea.
