I'm trying to understand how quality setting works in webcam sharing.
Let's say, there are three users in a room:
A: The publisher. webcamPublisher.quality = 60;
B: A Viewer. quality = 85;
C: A Viewer. quality = 40;
I wonder what B and C would see in this scenerio? Is it only the quality setting in publisher's side that matters?
P.S. Actually, I want to give low bandwidth users an option to lower application's image quality but I'm not sure how to do it.
