This is a continuation of http://forums.adobe.com/message/3891613 as I was unable to reply there since I accepted a reply as the answer .

I just tested this issue with the latest SDK and it still exists.

Let me know if you need a sample, I would try to put one together.

The solution that Nigel posted wasnt integrated into our SDK

We are sorry about that, I have attached the SDK that contains the patch. Let us know if it fixes your issue.
