WatchedFolder not working

Hi,

    I have added WatchedFolder end point to a process flow.

    I havel left all the settings of WatchedFolder to default and my input variable setting is *.xml but my process is not getting invoked.

    Any clues what could be the reason?

Any errors in the log file?

Do you have an input variable of type document and set is pattern to *.xml in the watch folder endpoint configuration?

No errors in log file.

Yes, my input variable is of type document.

Are the files being picked up at all?

If yes, what is the error in the failure folder?

No, files are not picked up at all.

I restarted the WatchedFolder service as well but no luck.
