Want to populate database with form information.

I created a new form.  I have a number of surveys that I need to input manually.  I input the information.  I quess I would save it under a new name for each survey.  How do i get the 5 surveys into the database? Thanks

Guides do not provide a means af communicating with a DB. You could submit the data to a server program and have that update the DB on your behalf though.
