Using ScreenSharePublisher in a standard FMS

Is it possible to use the ScreenSharePublisher component with our own FMS server?

If yes, can you please outline the required steps?

Well, you are missing the full server-side application that deals with connecting, validating users, permissions, failover, etc. So if you remove all that from ScreenSharePublisher there isn't much left than starting and stopping a video stream.
